Pensions Consultancy

We should like you to regard your Pension Consultant as the Scheme’s own in-house pensions manager.  He, or she, will coordinate all the other services we provide for you, keep you up-to-date with developments in legislation and industry practice and alert you when action is required of the trustees or the company.  The Pension Consultant will attend all trustee meetings and is available for one-to-one meetings with members at “pension clinics”.

Your Consultant is available also to act as secretary to the trustees, providing:

  • liaison in arranging Trustee meetings
  • agenda for each meeting
  • timely issue of meeting papers
  • draft minutes of each meeting (within 5 working days)
  • a trustees’ Business Plan for the trustees, that will detail the activities expected over the next twelve months, as well as a three-year outline.
  • maintenance of a trustee conflict of interest register and training log.

Apart from this day-to-day support for the trustees, the company and the scheme members, our Consultants are also experienced in benefit design, communications, liaison with Regulators and other third parties.
